Making space for your story to unfold through creative expression

Imagine a space where what you carry inside can find expression and be met with care. Here, you can reconnect with yourself by tuning into your senses and imagination. Expression serves as a way to articulate your experience in tangible forms, to embody and process it.

In a session, you work hands-on with materials, giving shape, sound, or movement to whatever is present for you in the moment. This is not about skill, but about following your creative impulses, experiencing and witnessing.

Expressive Arts brings together many forms of expression: drawing, sound, movement, poetry, drama, rituals, connection with nature, and more. You move between these modalities, allowing for more holistic exploration. Your process and what arises reflect everyday life, offering the chance to see patterns and transform them.

You will find ways to:

- open to your feelings and make space for them,

- manage stress and overcome challenges,

- move through loss and feel supported in times of change,

- rebuild confidence, trust, and self-worth,

- recover from burnout and open yourself to new possibilities.

Absolutely NO art skills needed

This is your space to reconnect with your senses and explore your expressions without any need to achieve "perfection."

Session structure

01

Opening

We begin with speaking about what’s alive in you — a question, a feeling, a life situation.

Throughout the session, we work together as creative partners, with me as your companion on this journey.

02

Unfolding

We move into the creative process. You are invited to try things out, and are free to choose your way. I am here to support and be your witness.

We don’t aim for perfection. Your senses and imagination shape the expression.

03

Landing

We reflect and make sense of your experience. Some insights arrive in the moment, others ripple out afterwards.

You may leave lighter or needing rest. Give yourself space to integrate what has emerged.

“Creating is not only a healthy outlet to process your emotions, but it’s also a place to meet yourself, a place where you get to know yourself deeper"

Reflection from my client

"Within the expressive arts method I feel at home, safe. But not in the sense of 'limited and cramped', but in the sense of freedom. There are no limits to my expression. And if there were some, then they were internal, and the method helped me a lot to find and accept these inner blocks. To let the voice inside me speak that had been silent for a long time. To revive the joy of life that had been buried for a long time. To stand there at the end of a session and have discovered something new in myself. A new 'Aha!', a light, a new side perhaps. Falling in love with myself again :) — this is how I felt after the first circle."

How can Expressive Arts support personal transformation?

If you face a challenge, feel tension, or seek direction to move forward, Expressive Arts offers a holistic approach, seeing the person as a whole — body, mind, emotions, and spirit — all interconnected and influencing overall well-being.

It is a multi-sensory and intermodal experience which provides an opportunity to go beyond words. Colours, shapes, sounds, and movement become your language. Intermodality means that during a session, you explore your theme by shifting between different forms of expression and enriching your understanding.

The approach focuses on your resources, not on symptoms or diagnoses. It emphasises your capacity to shape your life through art.

Expressive Arts is presence-oriented, which is achieved by the heightened sensitivity you develop in the process. In "here and now", you follow your interest, imagination and the unfolding creative process. New possibilities emerge that you could not see before.

Through engaging in creative expression, you integrate your life experiences — feeling them in your body, shaping them in forms, and finding words to describe and reflect on them.

By moving from art form to art form, we release the layers of inhibition that we have covered our originality, discovering our uniqueness and special beauty
