Product Roadmap module - project management solution for pharma industry. It links interdependent work (strategies, workflow, deliverables) across different team members, functions, and within the organization. Enables cross-functional teams to understand dependencies and quickly share relevant information, fostering collaboration. Identifies disease-specific data and aligns this data to specific tasks. Retains knowledge centrally, makes it easily accessible within an organization. Measures performance. Allows monitoring of KPIs throughout the drug development.
As a result, therapies reach patients sooner.

Feature Structure. Defining Product Modules

Brainstorming sessions to define the product's modules, features, and hierarchy.

Exploring various design solutions for the intended product modules:
• analyzing products with similar functionalities
• conducting team brainstorming sessions
• iteratively prototyping to refine and enhance the design concepts.

Documenting Workflows for Different Access Roles

Assigning roles to users based on their responsibilities and permissions to grant them access to resources and functions accordingly.

Interactive Prototyping: Product Roadmap Module

I have developed a prototype in Figma showcasing the full functionality of the Product Roadmap module design and user interactions. This prototype offers a realistic preview of how users would engage with it, presenting a comprehensive system module ready for handover to the development team. It is a demo tool to showcase the product to potential business investors, enabling them to visualize the product in action.

Interactive Prototyping: Dashboard

Dashboard for tracking personal task progress and cross-functional team progress, including tasks status, publication searches, chat messages, and collaboration on final deliverables.

Interactive Prototyping: Publication Library

A publication library, conceptually similar to PubMed, is integrated into the Product Roadmap module, allowing users to keep track of and access the latest scientific publications and findings while working on other tasks related to the drug development process.
