Designing an MVP for a mobile app that serves as a meetup platform for social causes. The app provides a social community for like-minded individuals to quickly and easily implement ideas. It also includes a matching process for volunteers and companies initiating social projects.

User details

Design sprint goal
Match individuals to relevant challenges and engage them in participation. Activate product users, transitioning them from new to active.

Analyzed apps on the market that our target users use, such as TikTok, Meetup, Bumble, Twitch, Snapchat, etc.

We have been working with two groups of users:
1. Quick and Green. Volunteers who participate in the challenges.
2. We seed. Professionals who create challenges.

KPIs to measure success:
1. The number of viewed challenges before the first commitment
2. The number of commitments per challenge
3. The number of new users who completed the first project/the total number of new users
