About the event

In this two-part workshop series, we’ll enter the space with an open inquiry, activate our senses and engage with what is calling for your attention in imaginative and playful ways.

This is an invitation to explore what is alive within you: tune in and give space to a feeling, a longing, or a part of yourself that might otherwise go unnoticed. Let it be seen and listened to through creative expression — through movement, arts, and guided exploration.

Meet yourself as you are, and move toward where you want to be.

No art skills or movement experience required.

Our group will stay small with no more than 8 people.

The sessions are two weeks apart, so there's time for your process to settle in, grow, and become a part of your everyday life. I encourage you to join both sessions, as I would like to create a group that can share this experience together. However, if you can only make it to one session, you're welcome to come to just one.

Dates & time:

Sat. Jun 14, Sat. Jun 28

10:00 -13:00 (3 hrs)

Fee: 120 € for the series or 70 € for a single session

Cancellation policy: No refunds

About Expressive Arts

Expressive arts is an intermodal approach that integrates low-skilled art practices with high sensitivity. You don’t need any art experience — it’s accessible to all. In the creative process, you move between forms of expression: movement, sound, images, writing, play, and more. Sensory-based and imaginative, it focuses on human potential and helps you activate your inner resources needed for transformation.
