Creative and body-based support for life’s in-between phases
I support clients in navigating life transitions when roles, identities, or circumstances are shifting. These in-between phases can feel overwhelming, disorienting, or stuck, whether related to personal growth, career, relationships, health, or something you don’t know yet. Through creative practices, I offer a space where you can sense, shape, and trust what is forming next.
In my sessions, you reconnect with your body and imagination, express and name what you are going through and respond to change as it unfolds:
-
bring your focus to what you are feeling,
-
reconnect with your inner strengths,
-
navigate uncertainty and rebuild confidence,
-
respond to challenges,
-
find clarity, trust, and a sense of direction.
Expressive Arts bring together various creative forms, including drawing, movement, writing, role-playing, and working with nature. Moving between these forms activates different senses and expands your exploration. The creative process mirrors your everyday self, giving you a chance to discover the inner resources you need right now.
Absolutely NO art skills needed
All activities are accessible and can be as simple as folding a piece of paper. You don’t have to be “good at art.”
This is your space to reconnect with your senses and explore.

Session structure
01
Opening
We begin with speaking about what’s alive in you — a question, a feeling, a life situation.
Throughout the session, we work together as creative partners, with me as your companion on this journey.
02
Unfolding
We move into the creative process. You are invited to try things out, and are free to choose your way. I am here to support and be your witness.
We don’t aim for perfection. Your senses and imagination shape the expression.
03
Landing
We reflect and make sense of your experience. Some insights arrive in the moment, others ripple out afterwards.
You may leave lighter or needing rest. Give yourself space to integrate what has emerged.
“Creating is not only a healthy outlet to process your emotions, but it’s also a place to meet yourself, a place where you get to know yourself deeper"
Reflection from my client
"Within the expressive arts method I feel at home, safe. But not in the sense of 'limited and cramped', but in the sense of freedom. There are no limits to my expression. And if there were some, then they were internal, and the method helped me a lot to find and accept these inner blocks. To let the voice inside me speak that had been silent for a long time. To revive the joy of life that had been buried for a long time. To stand there at the end of a session and have discovered something new in myself. A new 'Aha!', a light, a new side perhaps. Falling in love with myself again :) — this is how I felt after the first circle."

How can Expressive Arts support personal transformation?
Expressive Arts takes a holistic view of the person, recognising the body, emotions, mind, spirit, and social context as interconnected elements that shape overall well-being.
It is a multi-sensory and intermodal approach that offers an opportunity to go beyond words. Colours, shapes, sounds, and movement become your language. Intermodality means that during a session, you explore your theme by shifting between different forms of expression and enriching your understanding.
The focus is on your resources, not symptoms or diagnoses. It emphasises your capacity to shape your life through art and expression.
Expressive Arts is presence-oriented, supported by the heightened sensitivity you develop in the process. In "here and now", you follow your interest, imagination and the unfolding of the creative process. New possibilities emerge — ones you couldn't see before.
By engaging in creative expression, you integrate your life experiences — feel them in your body, shape them in forms, find words and metaphors to describe and reflect.

About me
My life has been shaped by many transitions. I’m in my 30s, based in Berlin, originally from Ukraine. I’ve lived and worked in Ukraine, India, and Germany, moving homes many times. I’ve shifted careers and worked across technology, facilitation, design, and research. I've experienced the end of a long-term partnership and the separation of a shared home and project. I live, work, and study in multicultural spaces, drawn to their richness and diversity. I know what it feels like to be in between, unsure who I am and what's next. Connecting with my senses and creativity always helps me, and it informs how I walk with you through your transitions.
