About me
I’ve always been drawn to many forms of expression — movement, painting, creative writing and performing arts.
My professional journey in Expressive Arts began in 2021 with an art therapy course. I am now pursuing an MA in Expressive Arts Therapy with minor in Psychology at The European Graduation School, where my research focuses on the embodied perception and the process of becoming.
I offer 1:1 and group sessions as a space for deep listening, navigating change and discovering new possibilities. Creativity serves not only as expression but as a source of clarity, resilience, and vitality.
I collaborate with companies to bring fresh perspectives to the workplace. My multi-disciplinary experience, including years in user experience design and research, provides an additional layer of understanding and the capability to develop outcome-oriented programs.

Individual sessions
I support clients in navigating life transitions when roles, identities, or circumstances are shifting. These in-between states can feel confusing, disorienting, or stuck. Through Expressive Arts-based practices, I support you in letting go of the old self and allowing new to emerge — whether related to career, relationships, health, or something you don’t know yet.
