Creative Space for Wellbeing & Connection
Saturday, November 14
16:00–17:30 CET
Online (on Zoom) · Free admission
We come together online to practice presence, self-care, and connection through the expressive arts. The intention is not to make "good" art, but to experience creativity as a way to reconnect with our senses, nurture well-being, and welcome surprises.
No artistic skills are needed
We'll be guided through creative invitations, enter a world of imagination and play, reflect in pairs, and share the joy of human connection. This is a participatory, co-creative experience where we explore and experiment together. I hold the space, but I am also part of the process.
What you'll need
Find a quiet place where you have privacy and feel comfortable moving around a little. I'll email everyone who registers with material suggestions based on the group. In any case, I'll keep it simple!

“I am an Expressive Arts Facilitator, pursuing an MA in Expressive Arts Therapy, where I research embodied perception. For me, the arts are a pathway to sensing and experiencing meaning. My practice is grounded in interdisciplinary arts, movement, and phenomenology.”
