Visual explorations
Berlin. February, 2024

Look down - discover the leaf
Look up - discover the tree branches
Look within - sense your veins

May I lean on you?
May you hold me?
May I feel my heart beat
Are you with me?
May you be with me.
May I be
Reflection on ritual:
Ritual is not something we plan to do. Ritual is something that comes to us, asking for space so it can find its way and unfold. And we allow that space when we are ready to welcome the gifts that it brings us.

I comfort you
In my soft hold
I sooth you in my warmth
My evergreen sprouting
hug endlessly extends
I comfort you ...
your life fades away
In my tight hold ...
Until you breathe no more

Boats in the harbour

Smell... delicately caressing the hairs inside my nose, gracefully slipping in.
Bittersweet symphony. Touch... tenderly melts on my skin, embracing it with its warmth, softness and love.
The gentle fur. A ball rolled up and unravelled into threads.
Recompositioning. Seeking a new shape. In a gentle motion of arrival.
All roads lead home

Whispers of my soul
When I close my eyes
And when I close my eyes, I feel my body gaining weight, I feel its heaviness. It slowly releases and gently lands, finding groundedness and weightlessness. It connects to the source within, feeling the support of Mother Earth.
Calmness and a resonant emptiness.
When my eyes are closed, I come back to myself. I become whole within and without. Boundaries disappear; I dissolve.
I am and I am not in the "I am".
